9U - July 9th – July 16th - CLOSED

10U - July 16th – July 23th - 4 spots left

11U - July 5 - July 13 - CLOSED

12U - July 23th – July 30th - 2 spots left

Last date for sign up is June 29th

NOTE: Only 8 teams per age group will be accepted.

Tournament Dates (all are approximate):

Fees: $325.00 (Three GAME MINIMUM)

Playoff and Championships games for each age group

Fee’s cover cost for umpires (no additional cost). All game balls will be provided. Player trophies
awarded to Championship and Runner –up teams.

Checks payable to “HSA” and must be enclosed for application processing.
